VENUE

We are pleased to now offer both virtual and in-person attendance options. Virtual attendance will include all main sessions and the breakouts that will be held in the main auditorium. You can choose this option when registering.

Conference check-in begins on Friday at 6:00 pm, and the first general session will start at 7:00 pm. The conference will conclude on Saturday at 5:30 pm.

Preconference check-in begins on Friday 1:00 pm, with the first session beginning at 1:30 pm. The preconference will conclude on Friday at 5:00 pm.

There will be three optional preconference sessions. The three general sessions will focus on our theme, Wonderful Counselor. In addition, each in-person attendee will choose three breakout sessions to attend.

You can sign up for three separate breakouts.

Light snacks will be provided throughout the conference. Meals are on your own; there will be a lunch break to give you time to eat lunch at a nearby restaurant.

Registration is transferable, but not refundable. If you are unable to attend, please provide us with the name of the person to whom you would like to transfer your registration.

All sessions in the main auditorium will be live-streamed, as well as recorded for later viewing. These include the preconference sessions, general sessions, and the three breakout sessions that will be held in the auditorium. In addition, all breakouts will be either audio or video recorded and all conference registrants will receive the recording links following the conference.
